When it came time to select a certification for our Water-Gate barrier, we chose the most recognized certification in our field, the world renowned FM Approved by FM Approvals.
The rigor of the tests made on the components as well as the resistance tests made in the experimental tank of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers located in Vicksburg, Mississippi U.S.A. makes the FM Approved certification one of the most difficult to obtain.
This certification was established in collaboration with the Association of State Flood Plain Managers (ASFPM), FM Approvals, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These three organizations have united their efforts to implement a national testing and certification program used on products fighting against floods.
Our commitment to design and manufacture such a high-quality product enabled us to obtain this prestigious certification directly related to flood specialized products.
